Per a prior vid using some of the same tools (TRX), I decided to do a new vid with more details on how to get an effective workout at home using simple tools, such as a TRX Trainer, SandBags, etc. For me, this type of workout is more a supplement to what I do in the gym, outside, etc, but it’s a perfectly good workout for many, depending on your goals, etc. People are always looking for new whiz bang fancy program or piece of equipment, etc when they can get a better workout using a simple program using these tools.

Now I tend to do fairly "traditional" movement patterns, but some very dynamic whole body "functional" stuff can be done on the TRX and or sand bags. Some TRX vids of interest:

Was designed by a SEAL* so they could get a good workout when stuck in subs, etc. TRX is not "lifting" in the classic sense nor will anyone get bodybuider big from it, but for strength/conditioning, core work, etc, a great tool in the tool box.

It's one of the very few gadgets I will use and recommend to people. Functional
strength/performance, core strength, etc, etc in something that can be done anywhere and takes up no space. It's a no brainer...Now add to that some sand bags work from SandBag Fitness Systems (talk about "functional"!!!) and you can design a program that truly works all aspects of fitness:
