Strictly regarding the upper reciever, how important is the tightness of the fit between the barrel extension and the upper reciever considered to be when atempting to build the rifle with precision as the most important consideration?
I have read of peole using loctite and others actually shimming the gap between the barrel extension and the reciever... the most aggressive comment was one using epoxy, I'm not that brave.
My second question would be; Is this an area of the unknown?
If not perhaps I have gotten someone to think... 108 views, no input???
