I have stippled backstraps for the M&P Full Size line that were done by Dan Burwell in his "Shark Skin" pattern. These are extra straps I have laying around and need to find a home where they can be used.
The stippling is more aggressive than stock, but no so much that it induces any "bite". They could always be sanded down to make them less aggressive.
