They are coming, MP will be tight lipped about when. The Middies took a while too, but were worth the wait.

I spoke to someone named Amanda through emails and was told that the Rifle Length MOE hand guards would be released some time in early 2011.

Unless you would for Magpul, that is the best guess you are going to get.
