View Full Version : Glock Trigger bar question
A while back Glock started shipping trigger bars with a groove and notch arrangement to positively locate the trigger spring and supposedly provide better spring longevity. I recently heard that Glock went back to the older style with a simple hole and no locating features. Is that true, and if so why?
My gen4 19 has the groove.

All of my Gen 4 guns have the spring groove. Some were saying that the G37 trigger bar was the same as the Gen4 17 trigger bar (flat faced triggers). IME, the 37 trigger bar lacks that spring locating guide (but has a dimple), where the Gen4 trigger has both features.
My armorers guide doesn't have either, so I can't check part numbers.
