Often times threads will be started about what make, model and caliber of weapon to purchase for their wife, girlfriend, etc. Invariably the thread will also include questions and answers on methods of concealed carry for women as well. Many women will complain that they can't conceal a weapon and be comfortable or that they will have to wear unflattering clothing to hide the weapon. Often times this is a very real argument for women and they will choose to carry off body in a purse, or something of that nature, or not carry at all.

This video is a very good primer on the subject and especially for the younger, more fashionable women who don't think they can conceal a firearm while still wearing their stylish wardrobe. I recommend showing this to women who doubt that they can in fact wear nice fitting clothes and still be able to conceal a weapon in a variety of holsters and be able to defend themselves.

I think this should be a reference for the times people ask questions about women, guns and carrying concealed: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ogGBPVk5GQk

That is a good video.

A few of us have posted it on here before but it is still good to bring it up for those that have not seen it.

Damn, after seeing her presentation of the thigh holster, I don't care what her face looks like - she's hot!

Thanks, I forgot to search. Maybe we can use this thread to compile all the info into one rather than having multiple threads that have come up in the past couple of months. It is a topic that tends to come up every couple of weeks, if not once a month, especially due to newer members to the board.

Good idea. My first time seeing this video. This should be a must see for all women interested in concealed carry. Many different options presented in this video and presented well.

The best idea in this video is the thigh holster and getting creative enough to have the holster custom made to fit her wardrobe needs.

Here is a link to a website that is specifically geared toward females who carry concealed or are considering it:

It may also be of some use.

I showed it to my wife when someone else posted it here some time ago. It helped open her up to a few methods/locations for carry. I have since posted it in other threads, and it always seems to help. Good stuff.
