What if your trust is from a different state?

Hello all,

My trust is from PA, but I currently live in Louisiana. Is it an issue do use your current address, even if the trust was formed in another state? I already have one SBR, which I did when I was still in PA, but I now want to do a suppressor and don't want to waste the time of being rejected. Thanks

I would contact an attorney that specializes in Estates with that question.

When I moved from Florida to Texas, I had to have my revocable living trust re-written to conform with minor differences in Texas state laws.

As mentioned above, contact a local attorney and explain your situation to him.
