I ordered a 16" Lightweight middy upper with no extras from smartgunner on thanksgiving for $374.00 Two weeks ago my order was some how cancelled and my money refunded from smartgunner.I called DD to see if I could re-order through them for the same price and they wouldn't do it.They wanted over $100 more than my original price.So I waited for 7 weeks for nothing.That really sucks!

isn't smartgunner a different business ? maybe it's an issue with smartgunner ?

Yes it's a different business.I was hoping DD would take care of me though.They definitely would have made my day if they would have.

I'd be disappointed in smartgunner and not DD. They have no obligation to honor a third party's sale prices on their gear.

Well DD could have taken care of me if they wanted to.Why not gain a new customer?They know I waited 7 weeks to get thier upper.

I am very dissapointed with Smartgunner.Several people are.That's why I called DD directly.I was hoping they would just sell the upper directly to me for what they were letting smartgunner sell them for.

By selling to you directly at that price, they would be screwing their dealers.

My guess is that SG was violating MAP and DD pulled the plug on that deal.

Well that is ****ed up. I'll call him tomorrow about my order placed a week after you on 3 Dec. I got a partial shipment on the DDM4 Lower last week though, but not the upper.

Do not make a post like this again. Smartgunner has nothing to do with what DD does and expecting them to make up for his shortfall is wrong.
