For those that dont know, just prior to making the transition from Cub Scout to Boy Scout there is an award for those who have earned it; The Arrow of Light. Part of being presented with the award invovled a ceremony. As part of the ceremony an archer is supposed to shoot a flaming arrow through the air if you can.
That is where I am stuck. How do you make a flaming arrow? The key is to make one that wont go out in flight! We are scratching our heads on this one.
Does anyone have any tips or know how to lend for this task?
