These are pulled 9mm Gold Dots. Do you think the pull marks would affect their ability to expand?

Using 8.0gr of blue dot these things are going around 1200fps in my 4" XD. At 7.8gr they group very nicely. which is around 1160fps

Did you get them for really cheap or free? I ask because I personally would not use a pulled bullet when you can buy them new as reloading components. Now if you cant get them as reloading components i.e. TAP T2 bullets, then pulled would work.

I bought these because they are cheaper then Berry's plated 115gr.

The only concern I would have about shooting them would be regarding what type of puller was used on them. An intertia type puller shouldn't have any effect on the bullet a collet type on the other hand could deform them.
There isn't any signs of physical damage that would indicate a collet was ever applied to them other than the pull marks the seem fine to me.
