LMS Defense Intermediate Carbine / Patrol Carbine

Cost: $600
LMS Defense's Patrol Carbine course will teach marksmanship fundamentals, combat stress management, rifle zero, rifle manipulation, shooting on the move, use of cover, fighting from unusual positions, an introduction to team tactics, gear selection, care under fire, and on-going self training tools. This fast paced, challenging course will enable you to intelligently integrate the rifle into your use of force continuum; helping you remain the Last Man Standing.
This course will have a low light and medical component.
Gear List:
Carbine, sling, and at least 4 magazines
Weapon mounted light
Duty or tactical vest
1500-1800 rounds of rifle ammunition
Handgun and 3 magazines
300 rounds of handgun ammunition
Holster and magazine pouches
Pen and notebook
Hat or other head covering
Gloves (optional)
Knee and elbow pads (optional, but highly recommended)
Eye and ear protection
Sunscreen or raingear (as applicable)
Adequate personal water supply
INSTRUCTORS:
John Chapman: John is a retired police Lieutenant from California, with 20 years of patrol, SWAT, firearms instruction and tactics training experience. John has operated LMS Defense, a full service public safety training firm, since 2006. John has developed the Patrol Rifle curriculum based on personal experience and deep study of critical incidents involving long gun deployment.
Kevin Williams: Kevin has been a member of the LMS team since 2006, and is a very experienced firearms, tactics and public safety trainer. Prior to entering public safety as a career, Kevin was an airborne infantryman in the 75th Ranger Regiment. Kevin has dedicated his professional life to studying lethal force incidents and passing on the lessons learned.
