So I was thinking about heading down to Columbia for the day on Sat to visit an old friend. Might also try and get some shooting in. Are there any nice/decent rifle friendly ranges that someone can suggest?
Also since it's located there I thought I might just stop in to Palmetto State Armory and pick up a few things. What I'm looking for is a little clarification of the law. Now I'm pretty sure that you can buy a long gun out of state as long as it's legal to own in your own state (I'm in NC). However, stripped receivers go on the 4473 as "other" and not as a rifle now so can I buy one of their PSA receivers out of state. Figured if I can pick one up local and save on the FFL and shipping fees it would definitely be worth it since my local shop charges an arm and a leg for lowers.
