Does anyone know any lawyers in Dallas that specialize in NFA trusts, and don't charge an arm and a leg?

Howdy, don't know if you got this figured out yet, but if you didn't give David Whitson of Shark Suppressors a call. He isn't a lawyer, but he can set you up. He is a manufacturer and dealer of suppressors so he know what he is doing. He did my trust and I use him as my dealer.

You can reach out to Chuck Ross @ Ross Precision Gunworks (http://www.rossgunworks.com/). Similar to the previous post, this guy is not a lawyer, but he does sell suppressors where the trust setup is part of the sale. He has his own line of suppressors, so if you want something like an AAC or whatever he might not be able to help you out there. I've met Chuck face to face and he is nice guy. He is somewhat active on the Texas Hunting Forum (http://www.texashuntingforum.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/users/20398/Ross_Precision_Gunworks) and Sniper's Hide if you frequent those sites. Might not be exactly what you are looking for, but certainly is another option.

A non-lawyer setting up trusts for other people is practicing law without a license. They are not allowed to do that shit. Use a lawyer. I used Sean Cody out of Houston.

If you can't afford a lawyer, you can't afford the NFA game.
