They are both 5.56mm pressure loads right?

Considering they are the same bullet, does an increase in velocity really make that much of a difference with the TBBC?
Also which would you consider better, the TBBC XM556FBIT3 or the Winchester Q3313/RA556B? Is the Win load also a SP or is it a PT?
Thanks.
"Considering they are the same bullet, does an increase in velocity really make that much of a difference with the TBBC?" Yes, it helps increase effective range--especially with shorter barrels and shoots flatter; there is really NO reason not to run 5.56 mm if you have properly built rifles.
"Also which would you consider better, the TBBC XM556FBIT3 or the Winchester Q3313/RA556B?" Perhaps a slight edge to the TBBC, but they are so close that I would not loose sleep over it and would be quite content being issued either one.
"Is the Win load also a SP or is it a PT?" Bonded JSP
