The wife was needing a smaller pistol for carry over her Sig 220 so we went shopping. Actually we've been shopping for a few gunshows to find something that she likes and fits her.
We ended up with an HK P2000 in 9mm. She shoots it pretty good but not as well as her Sig or her long gone LadySmith 9mm.
One range trip I had my HK P7M8 with me, don't shoot this pistol much, and she decided to try it. Well she ended up making one ragged hole in the target. She had no problems with the use of this odd pistol and shoots it very well.
Problem is I don't consider it great for carry cause of the ambi mag release levers that stick out some. So off to another funshow.
Found a several nice condition P7PSP's that are out right now and picked one up with three additional mags.
Well she just shoots the s&*^t out of it. And with the heel mag release, this pistol is about as slick-sided as they come.

We kept the P2000 as I just love it myself.

Hard to go wrong with those German staple guns. I love my PSP. It was my primary carry gun for over a decade and I still wear it every now and then.

My wife normally carries a Commander, but she also has a P7M8 that she carries on occasion. I've yet to find anyone who shoots poorly with a P7. Nothing points as naturally and comes to bear as quickly, IMO.

Very nice P7. Is that hard chrome? Factory finish or aftermarket?

I too just picked up a PSP B Grade. I got mine from CDNN for 599 plus two extra mags. Shoots like a dream, nothing but ragged holes when I do my part and carries well in a desantis pocket holster. Combined with federal HSTs this is my summer carry.http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t161/anubismp/PSP.jpg

Nice leather, Del Fatti? I just picked up a P7M8, waiting to take out for a range session. They're great pistols and have a cult following.

Good choice. The P2000 is the only currently available HK pistol that I think it worth a hoot.

What ever it is they call their DA/SA hybrid trigger, I love it. Best trigger pull of any factory polymer pistol I've ever felt.

Nice leather, Del Fatti?

It's an Alessi design built by Josh Bulman.

Two cults: P7's and Del Fatti's.
