Bolt swap question

I've searched around and can't seem to find exactly what i'm after so I figured I would go ahead and ask. I've decided to swap out the bolt from my RRA to a BCM bolt. My question is this a drop in and shoot situation, or do I need to have the headspace checked first?

You can use install the new bolt and be g2g, however, checking headspace is always a good idea.

I'm surprised your search didn't turn up anything, the bolt/headspace issue has been discussed several times.
