Do the the current 6921 production Colt rifles use the .155 pins or have they always. Thank you for your time and knowledge.

Current production should be .154 (TDP spec) pins. Guns built prior to 2008 (depends on exactly who you ask) will have .170 pins. Some manufacturers make a .154 pin for guns that are either out of spec or have had some boring of the holes.

The TDP calls for .155 diameter pins, not .154. This is per the Colt Armorer Course.

I'm certainly not trying to argue, but everything that I have read (not an armorer) specifies .154". Even "the chart" lists .154" as spec. Do you know if this is something that has changed?

Ken Elmore who basically set up the Colt Armorer program also shows them on all of his handouts.
