PMC X-TAC M855 anygood?

Is PMC X-TAC M855 62gr. anygood? I can get it at a good price, but I have never used it. I can get some Federal Tactical AE223 55gr at a good price too. Which one do you think is a better I'll be shooting thus out of a barrel with a 1:7 twist. Thanks.

There is a thread on here about it. Seems its pretty decent stuff. I just picked up a couple of boxes to try out.
