Can anyone tell me what this is?

Is it a magnifier? Someone posted this pic from the shot show, and I'm baffled. It looks like there are windows on all sides so I'm wondering if it's some kind of optic to see around objects without exposing yourself.

Its a prismatic system that allows you to aim the weapon around a corner and fire by using the prismatic system to look thru the EoTech. Aimpoint has a similar device as well.
