Upper Question?

While surfing the internet trying to improve my knowledge of ARs I came across an interesting situatioin. I found a complete upper that comes with rails and front and back BUIS. The upper is from GG&G and my question is what are the pro and cons of getting a complete upper. I know the first answer is that I cant customize the rails or sights, but if the rails and sights are good what does it matter. Any additional information is appreciated. What makes the LMT MRP almost twice as expensive as the GG&G upper?:confused:

Upper and rail are one piece w/quick change barrel capability, unless you need that don't buy it.

It's neat but not for me either. Magpuls Masada has it too.
