This is a Yankee Hill float tube mid length.
It has been painted dark earth with Brownell's AlumiHyde. Some of that finish has been worn off from putting various rail covers on it. The tube is in very good condition and I think the paint could be cleaned off and get it back to the original black.
Comes with the end cap. One of the holes in the end of the tube has been tapped to take a common set screw to hold it in place, included.
Also included is a few Magpul covers and 3 troy covers that have also been painted.
