Lubricants and cleaners for your AR

I would like to know what type of lubricants and cleaner you guys use to maintain your weapons? Looking for something that will help me educate my self and my fellow officers that I work with.

Any clp will function as a cleaner and im currently using machine gunners lube for no other reason than it has moly in it.
