The above is a (somewhat dated) report of an audit performed on the inadverdent release of Colt's TDP to 21 different contractors. The Army and Navy were audited for their failure to safeguard this data, and evidently a couple people were censured.
A question on TDP's: Are these generally in the form of paper documents/drawings, or is this now on computer disk?
