I don't know if this is illegal, a violation of her US citizenship oath, a violation of her Utah senate oath or just an enormous conflict of interest, but it should end.

Sounds like her friends are trying to cover her hind end. There is no way that the blurb at that link was written by a disinterested party.

Regardless IMO it is inappropriate for anyone in any US elected position to serve a foreign government in any way. At the very least, it creates an appearance of impropriety in that it would appear that the person is likely to advance the agenda of the foreign government in their US elected position.
