After a lot of research on the forums here and reading about different things this is what I picked up yesterday from my FFL. A BCM Upper with BCM BCG and MOD4 Charging Handle (No Handguards Though) along with a Blemished Lower with No stock. (Handguards were going to be replaced along with the Stock, didn't feel like spending the extra money for something I wouldn't use.)
I went ahead and had the gunsmith there take off the front site post and put on the Troy Barrel Nut and Low Profile Gas Block. Took it home and put it together to do a function check, after that I took it apart again and replaced the A2 Grip with the MIAD, added the stock, put on the Troy Rail, and replaced the stock trigger with the Geissele S3G Trigger, put it back together and repeated the function test and loved it even more. The Geissele is such a difference over the stock one.
Finished Product as of Last Night.

So here are the Current Specs
BCM Blemished Lower (Looks perfect though)
BCM Midlength Upper with Mod4 Charging Handle and BCM BCG
Troy 13" TRX Extreme Rail
Geissele Super 3 Gun Trigger (Won it at LaRue Range Day :dance3: Such a difference over the stock trigger, a lot smoother and lighter pull.)
Magpul CTR Stock, RVG, and MIAD (All OD Green)
VTAC Offset Light Mount
Surefire G2X Tactical
Emdom Gunslinger Sling
I was planning on buying a Burris Tac30 1-4x Scope today along with a LaRue SPR mount, but since I cannot find that scope in stock, I am going to wait until MidwayUSA gets them back in stock around April and then order it. Will give me time to practice with the Magpul BUS that I ordered today instead.
(and Yes, I know new Magpul sights are coming out soon, I don't mind though, going to be on spring break next week and will taking it to the range along with a hog hunting trip, so I got to have something to be able to aim with.)
Also ordered a Magpul RSA today so I can take off that extra rail, QD swivel and all the weight that is associated with it, the sling will stay a 2 point for the time being until a can get a Noveske QD Receiver plate.
But I think I need counseling though, I am already thinking about a SBR build.
