I couldn't find any data on the weight of 6.8mmSPC brass, either with Google or the forum's search function. I am guessing that factory manufactured brass has evolved a bit since the beginning, perhaps substantially from large primer to small primer. Has anybody weighed their small primer brass?

thx

Haven't weighed them, but I can tell you that SSA small primer brass has changed over the years. New brass is slightly thinner, should be a corresponding increase in capacity. Try the following thread on 68forums.com for more info...

I weight-sorted a few hundred of my Silver State Armory 6.8SPC brass (small rifle primer).

The vast majority of it weighed between 117.5-119.5 grains.
