I was hoping some of you could shed some light on a topic for me(pun intended). I have a Sig P220R which I CCW daily and have been looking into carrying with a weaponlight, most likely a TLR-1. Does anyone know of a quality leather IWB holster?

I am in the same boat, but have not found a leather holster for IWB. I did find a OWB made by US Galco. I have not bought yet but do own other holsters by them and they are good holsters.

If I remember correctly FIST holsters said they are making leather holsters that support lights. I would contact them and see what they say. I know I have carried pistols with lights IWB and they are a bit bulky, but they were kydex holsters. I think the hardest part would be keeping them rigid enough to reholster one handed but soft enough that they are comfortable (unlike most kydex IWB).

Good luck in your search and keep us posted.

If you change your mind on the leather part I would recommend a Raven Concealment holster. They are modular and they can accommodate a weapons light. Yes they have a very long wait but they are worth the wait.

If you are dead set on a leather IWB I have been hearing a small bit about a newer company called concealment solutions on a podcast I listen to. They are similar to a Crossbreed / MTAC style holster. They will do a custom holster that will accommodate a weapons light as well.

Akers makes a concealed carry holster for the P220 with light.
