KAC rail sling mount?

Anyone have any input on the KAC MWS Forend Rail Mount?
Is it rotation limited? How secure is it compared to the GearSector mount?

It is not rotation limited. But it is KAC, so that counts for something.

The Daniel Defense (which unfortunately has their logo emblazoned all over it) and the Gear Sector are two that come to mind with rotation limiters. The Daniel Defense is about the same width as the KAC, and the Gear Sector is a little wider. The Gear Sector is pretty low profile, though.

Good to know. I have one of the GearSector mounts, it is a quality piece. I'll probably just go with another of those.

Daniel Defense: rotation limited, but kind of blocky and angular
Gear Sector: rotation limited, smooth and low-profile
KAC: not rotation limited, kind of medium sized

Limited rotation is the primary factor for me. I've got both DD and GS mounts and both work fine. Would love to have a KAC mount for the Gucci factor but not if it means having a twisted sling.
