This is a great opportunity for all of you Sig fans out there to get some awesome training from one of the premier Sig instructors in the country.

About the instructor
Aaron’s professional shooting background began when he was in the U.S. Special Operations Command, assigned to the 75th Ranger Regiment, and later the 10th mountain Division LRSD(long range surveillance detachment). After leaving military service he became a Texas State Trooper and was later hired to become a lead staff firearms and tactics instructor at the world renowned “Blackwater Training Center”.
During the nearly 5 years he spent at Blackwater, Aaron was responsible for the design, re-design, and implementation of some of the most current and comprehensive shooting and tactics programs ever created.
Aaron has trained everyone from civilians to personnel from the most elite Special Operations units in the world. Aaron also has an extensive competitive shooting background as captain of the Blackwater shooting team, where his duties ranged from developing industry contacts to shooting and beating some of the best shooters in the world.
Aaron now owns and operates “ Tactical Shooting Solutions”, a training and consulting firm that’s mission is, “to provide world-class firearms training for real world solutions”. He is also owner and riflesmith of “ Roberts Precision Rifles”, a custom rifle building shop that produces some of the most accurate hunting, tactical, and competition rifles available.
Aaron branched out into the television world when he was asked to co-host “Tactical Impact” and later to host “Handguns” on the sportsman channel. You will find very few instructors nationwide with a depth of knowledge equal to Aaron’s; and you will certainly not find anyone in the greater Houston area that can offer as complete of an understanding of firearms training and as thorough a training curriculum as his.
Sig Pistol Operator Class is 6/2-6/3 - 350.00
While you are certainly welcome to bring and shoot any make of pistol, the course will focus on the operation of the Sig DA/SA platform. Aaron's philosophy is that a Double Action shot is no harder than a Single Action shot - it is different, but no more difficult. It is often the transition from the DA to SA shot that causes problems because your mind is processing the change. Pistol operation and malfunctions (which are rarely seen in Sig's - even more reason to train for them) will be tailored to the Sig platform so that after two days, you will look and feel confident running your Sig. Aaron is precise and efficient in his movements. Aaron will demonstrate and you will be learn how this translates into smoothness of motion and accuracy of shots. Whatever your current level of skill is today, in 2 days on the range with Aaron you will see dramatic improvement.
Instruction will begin in a climate controlled classroom with restroom facilities on the range, shooting will be conducted on the outdoor range where paper and steel targets will be utilized over the course of 2 days. The shooting will include one low light session. The same classroom will be utilized for the Sig Armorer's course.
