Colt only lists the O5070X (stainless) for 2011.
The 05070CS (no longer produced) has an Eliason-style rear sight with a flat top slide while the current 05070X has a BoMar clone rear on a round top slide. The 05070X also has a standard style BT instead of a "duckbill" BT. I believe the blue model (no longer produced) was also a 0570CS model. This is what I came up with from a search and it may not include all pertinent info. The only real difference in value would be to an individual that might want one over the other.
