Last night my oldest 550B gave out. The metal part that connects the handle to the shaft cracked. I called Dillon this morning and they are sending me a new press. That press has been with me since 1996 and I have loaded thousands of rounds on it. Thanks Dillon. Their warranty really is a No BS warranty.

I've used their no B/S warranty several times over the past 20+ years, including twice in the past 12 months. All were just normal wear and tear parts, but still replaced without question. Even an out of warranty item (elec trimmer) was repaired and returned free of charge.

I don't even resize on mine, I imagine the press will outlive me.

+1 on Dillon and customer service.

Though all the reloading companies are pretty good in my opinion with warranty and replacing busted parts issues. The rest of the business world could learn a lot on how to do business and have customer loyalty like this from these companies.

They did not sent me a new press they did send the part that was broke. Still very happy with them.
