TAG MOLLE PISTOL MAG POUCH...

whaddup everybody...i've just begun grabbing a few pieces here and there for my vest and picked up a TAG pistol mag pouch. i'm completely ignorant to the design and it seems that the damn thing only attaches with a simple (and rather loose fitting) tab that TUCKS underneath a sleeve to hold it in place on the backside of the piece.

now, call me crazy, but wouldn't a MALICE clip, snaps or even some kind of velcro hold this thing in place better? what happens when the vest sees some abuse, gets jostled around, dropped, etc. etc???

also, would somebody perhaps shoot me a visual as to how the tabs loop in and out of the MOLLE? hopefully, the inherent tight fit helps to hold it in place. i'm looking to prepare for some 3-gun matches and want my kit nice and tight.

OK, just for you I took out a TAG pistol pouch and threaded it onto my plate carrier. The tabs work fine.
Just lace it into the MOLLE loops like you would with any MOLLE pouch, and slide the tabs up into the slot underneath.

TAG is premium gear. They wouldn't put out anything that didn't work.
At least anything I ever saw them make.
