So, I really like the XS ones:

http://www.xssights.com/store/tactical.html

But the problem I see is that it only has tritium on one side (of 4) and that if it isn't "spot on" where the tritium is, then I'm going to be off on my elevation depending upon the range. Of course, I could get a elevation adjustable rear BUIS, but I'd rather not go that route.

My other two options are:

and

http://www.midwayusa.com/viewproduct/?productnumber=227768

At least those are designed so that I don't run into the problem with the XS sights. I wonder why XS didn't design their post in a similar way?

Any other styles out there I should know about?

If it is like the Trijicon front sight I had the unit will adjust as normal and then you pull up on the front sight and there is a spring loaded cap and you spin the post. So it is facing you.

USMC - Oh, that's cool... I was wondering how that would work. Now I am a little more interested in picking one up.

I want a CSAT rear and tritium front for an A1 upper I just finished today.
