I have been using the ATI 33rd Glock 9mm mags for a while now and posted a short review of the magazines. For range use, you can't beat them for the price.

Let me know if you have any questions or comments.

your video makes it sound like they are rather reliable, have you come across any problems with any of them? How many round have you put through them?

I've got a 31rd korean Glock .40 magazine. Only used it a few times at the range, but no hiccups of any kind yet, other than a sore thumb from all that loading. Looks pretty funny in my G27...lol

As a range mag just for fun, it was worth the $15 I paid for it. All my carry mags are factory Glock.

Hundreds of rounds fired, no issues from the 9mm mags. I can't give you a more solid number than that, without making it up. :) We have 5 or so magazines and they've all been equal in performance.

I have 4 17 rounders and 2 31. They all feed reliably. They don't all drop free and they don't all hold the slide back when empty. Range only for me, all I bought them for anyways.

I've been using KCI G19 mags almost exclusively for the range since I bought mine, 100% reliable in every way. Probably 1500 rounds at least.

I have a total of 18 magazines for my Glock 34. All but 2 17 rounders and 2 33 rounders are factory. I have zero problems with the factory magazines and the 17 round Korean mags. The 33 rounders fail all the time. They go about 6 or 10 rounds and then the top round nose dives into the mag and I get a type 2 malfunction.

That's one thing mine won't do...drop free. Not even fully loaded. I'm sure I could fix that with some sanding, but its just a fun mag so I'm not that concerned about it.

Compensating for something? :jester:

Good to hear the Korean mags are GTG for range use. Maybe my dad can buy some for his 17.

You could order some replacement springs (OEM) and drop them in. That should clear that issue right up.

I don't know what you are talking about....lol

BTW: these are NOT conceal carry friendly...

people like to buy cheap things, alot care more about the price than function, see thread "you can lead a horse to water.."

It’s almost nice to hear that I'm not the only one with that same issue. Only mine is with the G23. If you sand it with positive results, please post them so I might build up the courage to do the same.

They do look just plain silly in the guns though.

I have KCI drop free G17 & G19 mags for the range and they are GREAT. Have also used the G17 & G19 KCI mags in my G26 without any issue.

Opps, just realized the OP was about 33round magazines, for sure I blew it.

I watched one of the Korean polymer Glock mags disassemble itself during a reload at a match. Floorplate, spring, follower and ammunition on the ground. Another local competitor stopped using his after they spontaneously disassembled themselves sitting on a table in direct sunlight last summer.

Good to know some people have some good experience, but it's not all sunshine and unicorn giggles with these things. YMMV.

edit - not 33-rounders, but same mfg.

Where are you finding them so cheap?

Nevermind. I suck at Google
