What's up with CProducts as a company?

About 3 weeks ago I ordered some 6.5 Grendel mags from CProducts direct as no one had the 5 rounds mags I wanted in stock. They charged my card and sent a confirmation email but have not shipped anything. I've called several times and their mail boxes are full. I was able to leave a message. I've emailed without a return response.

So I started looking around on the internet and discovered that 44Mag.com has all of their items on "Closeout", and MidwayUSA is not accepting backorders on any of their products. So are they going out of business or just super slow at getting product out so suppliers are dropping them? Anyone heard anything? Anyone know where I can get 5 round 6.5 Grendel mags?

I just tried calling but my credit union is closed. I'll be asking for a charge back tomorrow.
