Anyone here used heat to reshape Glock for a grip reduction?

I have heard of folks reshaping their backstraps by heating it slowly then rolling it into shape. I have heard rumors of using a candle to produce low steady heat until the frame will just give and conform to shape. Problem is, I can't find one single article or guideline as to how it was done.

Its like bigfoot, all I have is rumors ;)

I have seen the fill and reshape, but that is a bit extreme for my needs and would like to explore this option. Any help or links to any relative info would be very appreciated.
