I have one left, its an Eagle in coyote tan with 3a armor sewn in. Just the same one we were issued for Afghanistan, also has the shoulder pads that came with it. Does not include a cumberbund, but I do have a set of side plate holders for the cumberbund if you need them.
In regard to the soft armor, I could not tell you which of BAE companies exactly makes it. I think its SafariLand or SecondChance, the carrier was washed by hand using a boot brush which rubbed off the NSN and armor info. I do know for sure that the armor insert are 2009 ish as the Marine Crops orderd them around 08/09. The vest has never been submerged, no chemical used to clean it, just warm water. There is one stain that I can see(looks like sharpie on the back but its faded, you can see in the photo), no tears or rips. Vest is fully operational, just used.
