Bought this a little while ago intending to build a 19 over time. Ditching the idea because I'm impatient and I went out and bought a complete 19. Lower is complete and fully functional. I was told it has had approx 100 rounds through it previously so that means there's still about 99,900 more rounds worth of life left in it. :cool:
