Why does training TAP have the caveat: "NOTICE: These products are not intended for duty use?"

i believe those are steel cased. it's not held to the same QC standards as hornady's duty ammo also.

Yeah... steel case can't be expected to perform as reliably as real brass cased ammo in the AR. It runs pretty good in most ARs, but it's a cost savings training load.
