Between negotiating for more benefits and teaching their students, the California Federation of Teachers has adopted a resolution of support for convicted cop-killer Mumia Abu-Jamal.

Hardly surprising.

They are the vanguard of the leftists, socialist agenda.

If the daisy sniffers hate anything, it's the vanguard that reminds them that humans have a dark side. That they keep them safe at night matters not. :(

Teacher's Unions, in general, are evil. My wife is the only teacher in her school that we know of that isn't in it. We refuse to pay dues to fund their agenda.

Wait you mean they don't have to join the union? o.O

Nope. My wife doesn't either. She wanted to because "they will help her out and look out for her"....I had to break it down a little bit more thorough than that.

Surprisingly, she gets it now.

I like the Free Mumia thing, it is kind of like a Che shirt in that I can automatically know I am dealing with an idiot and act accordingly.

I'm betting on silence from a few union supporters on here regarding this topic.

But but but... he grew up in a bad neighborhood! And things can't be easy with that name! Give him one more chance, he might not kill someone with this one!

How can anyone support a cop killer? Not like he shot someone who was executing a no-knock warrant or something else anywhere near justifiable.

Yeah, it was probably very hard to function with his birth name Wesley Cook.

He changed his name to Mumia Abu-Jamal, which sorta translates to Prince, father of Jamal, while in the Black Panthers.

If you are like me, growing in NYC and mostly attending very liberal public schools, and colleges with high black populations, you learned quite a bit about Mumia.

Mind you, I've yet to meet a person that can explain why Mumia had a revolver that had been fired 5 times, next to him at the scene of the crime.

Not in Az anyway.
