Any dealer that works with RSR Group can get you one, IF, and a big if they can find one.

Wow, add your own furniture and sights/optic, what a novel concept! I wish I had the option to buy a stripped-down rifle like that when I started, I would've saved some money and a lot of time. Kudos to G&R for offering this.
