I have a complete Colt 14.5" Upper from my M4 available. Flat top, no carry handle. Includes non Colt CH, Colt BCG and Handguards. Low round count. I just noticed one handguard is cracked from overtightening the included rail on the bottom. ll NFA rules apply. $750 + $15 s&h via FedEx or UPS Ground.
