Night sights on my Colt Commander

I bet this has been brought up before but is there a company out there that you guys can recommend for me to send in my Colt Commander slide to get cut for a dovetail front sight. My current stock configuration requires it to be staked in.

ETA: Any 1911 custom shop will be able to do this. I only recommended Novak's because I have experience with them on installing new sights, and they have a quick turnaround. What kind of sight are you looking to have installed for the dovetail?
