Where can I get a Colt A2 upper REC?

Anyone know where to get a decent used or reasonably priced new Colt A2 Rifle upper receiver?

Brownells sells them completely stripped for over $300. :eek: If that isn't bad enough, It'd cost another hundred or two to get it completed.

I have an FN 20" barrel I want to finish... so FN would be fine too... I just don't want to mess with out of spec rear sight parts like Bushmaster and DPMS will probably use.

I seem to remember seeing them in a recent issue of SGN. One of the surplus retailers but I'm not sure which one.
