Anyone deal with GG&G customer service? They seemed great and helped me out over the phone. They even said they would take care of my lost parts, eventhough it was completely my fault. I even offerred to pay and they said no problem, they would ship it out. However after 2 1/2 weeks, I never received the parts and I called them again. Spoke to another customer service rep and he was really helpful. Checked the computer and said nothing was ever shipped, so he took all of the information down again and it has been a week. I sent an email through their customer service and no response??? I thought they were pretty good. I'll wait another week and see what happens. If not, I'm sticking with Troy Industries for all of my BUIS needs.
