I'm picking up a TA11 from a fellow member and was curious as to what luck you guys have had with either Larue mount. As the TA11 is a bit of a big girl (she shops at Torrid and has a tendency to make out with me at last call) I figured the LT-100 would have a better return to zero. I'll be using an Aimpoint on my upper 90% of the time but when longer range is called for I'll be throwing the ACOG on.
Mine works with my 31F just fine.

Which model works on your 31F? I'm asking LT-100 vs RCO mount
Either will work well, though if the RCO mount has an advantage, it lies in the fact that one can backset the optic on the receiver and have a better chance of getting their desired eye relief when using a fixed stock and wearing armor.
Given that the eye relief on the TA11 is about an inch MORE than the TA31, that's less likely to be a need.
RTZ? Either will give you that, though if that's the primary concern, going for the one with two throw-arms isn't unreasonable.
RCO, lighter, more versatile mount.

I have found no issue with getting a TA11 in correct position with the LT-100, and the dual levers make me feel all warm and fuzzy.
I have no experience with the RCO mount with a TA11, and only cursory use with a TA31, which did a good job of bringing the nasty little 31 back far enough on a M16A4 to be usable while wearing armor.

Thanks guys, I think I'll stick with the LT-100, while the RCO is cheaper and lighter it was primarily designed for eye relief that I don't need... I'll stick with the extra lever... two is one right?
