Those military videos are always very informative. It's hard to believe that keeping your finger off the trigger seems to be a very recent training idea.

All that stuff and then some was taught at a local Appleseed shoot I went to.

The biggest help was proper sling usage and establishing your natural point of aim. And getting a feel for your respiratory pause, and shooting at a comfortable cadence, and well, it was all very good and useful info and practice.
