Been years since I've seen one of these pop up.

Wow, still in the styrofoam and the accessories in their original plastic baggies.
I don't know what it is, but when I see pre-ban rifles in their original packaging I get weak in the knees like a little school girl. . .
Thank god it's not a .308 and I find them awkward looking.
AMT's were kind of odd looking, but they were a lot lighter.

Just for you:
SIG AMT .308 Semi-Auto Rifle (Swiss mfg) (http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=229086864)
Started at $6,500.00 , still in the styrofoam box:smile:

Already saw it. Thank god the top handguard is a mismatch or I'd be screwed.
:sarcastic:

That's back when SIG was SIG, and not an embarrassment to the firearms industry.

One of my mystical unicorn dream guns is a SIG 510-3. I'm 99.9% certain none ever made it to the wild.

The Finns got some for trials but that's about it.
The Stgw 57 is grotesque and angular, but impressive looking. Finest battle rifle of that era IMO.
