I have never used nor handled one of these, how tough are they? Also whats the best method for removing the sling swivel rivot?

I've looked into them and will most likely be using one on my next build (10.5in LMT upper) but don't own one. I've heard they're great tho. As to the rivet... Use a sharp split point drill of about 3/16 size or so and carefully drill it out. If you twist the swivel it will hold the rivet from spinning. You don't need to go all the way till you're through the head. Just thin it out and it'll crush when you tap it through with a small punch.
