The RSKTKR Fighting Rifle Course is designed for the shooter who has a solid understanding of rifle fundamentals using both iron sights and optical sights. This course is a skill building course that will enhance the shooter’s fundamentals and leave them with the confidence to run and fight with the rifle at hand. This course is a must have addition for anyone who is thinking about a tactics class in the future. RSKTKR Fighting ...Rifle Course will cover all the needed topics to keep the weapon system up and running and how to fight – not just shoot your weapon system. This course will engage targets from contact range to 300yrds.

In addition to the RSKTKR Fighting Rifle Course, there will be additional blocks of instruction on weapon systems up-keep and support gear. This will be from one of the RSKTKR military armorers/gunsmith. We will also have a block of instruction on basic first aid for the gunfighter. This is just in case the bad guys have training as well.

The RSKTKR course will run from Friday night to Sunday afternoon. Friday night will be a 4 hour classroom session covering sign up, safety brief, gear, clothing, ammo, weapons and more. Should the Friday night training go longer than the 4 hours, that’s fine. One thing you will see from all the RSKTKR instructors is that it’s not about us. It’s about the student and making sure we can provide the best training and answer as many questions as we can.

Saturday at 0900 will start the range training and skill building. This will be a long day with a lunch and dinner break on the range. We will be conducting the low light training on Saturday as well. We will shoot regardless of the weather, so bring what you need to complete the training. Plan ahead and be ready. This training will push you out of your comfort zone and require you to put out your best effort. RSKTKR strongly recommends that you run the gear, equipment and weapon that you are going to fight with. If its stops or breaks you will get it up and running or we will fix it onsite if we can.

Sunday will be more of the same with a quick review in the morning to start off with. We will then move right into the training and run all day.

Some of the topics covered:
